Dear ICF Cyprus Members and Friends,

As the year draws to a close and we approach the festive season, I would like to pause and say a heartfelt THANK YOU to each and every one of you.
⠀
This year has been truly special for The Cyprus Chapter of ICF — not just in terms of achievements, but in the depth of connection, professionalism, and shared purpose we have built together.
⠀
🌍 Our community has grown to more than 70 coaches from 10 countries, reflecting the diversity, international spirit, and richness of perspectives that make our Chapter so unique.
⠀
🤝 We were delighted to welcome 10 new members from the very first Erickson Coaching International coach training group in Cyprus, strengthening the bridge between world-class coach education and our local professional community.
⠀
✨ One of our most exciting milestones: we are applying for Charter Chapter status — a significant step in the maturity and recognition of ICF Cyprus.
⠀
🧭 Since June, a new Board has been serving the Chapter with energy, care, and commitment — thank you for stepping into leadership and stewardship.
⠀
📚 Throughout the year, we delivered meaningful value through a number of events in different languages:
⠀
— Our Business Series sessions;
— ⁠A collaborative project with CIM — Cyprus Business School;
— ⁠International Coaching Week, celebrated with impact and visibility;
— ⁠Our presence and voice at major platforms such as the ICPAC Mediterranean Finance Summit and Reflect Festival;
⠀
We also deepened our international collaboration, working closely with ICF Poland, ICF Romania and ICF Ghana Chapter, reinforcing that we are part of a truly global coaching movement.

🤝 This year brought powerful new partnerships that expand our ecosystem and influence:

I am proud to officially announce that on April 21st, 2026, we will host the 1st Mediterranean Leadership & Coaching Summit at Amathus Beach Hotel in Limassol.

🌟 We are honoured that Marilyn W. Atkinson, Founder of Erickson Coaching International, will join us as the keynote speaker alongside with other distinguished international coaches. This will be a landmark event for coaching and leadership in Cyprus and the wider region.

As we enter Christmas and the New Year, I wish you:

* clarity of purpose and courage in your leadership,
* depth and presence in your coaching,
* meaningful impact in the lives and organisations you serve,

Когда год подходит к концу и мы приближаемся к празднику, я хотел бы сделать паузу и сказать всем сердечное СПАСИБО.

Этот год был действительно особенным для The Cyprus Chapter of ICF — не только с точки зрения достижений, но и глубины связи, профессионализма и общей цели, которую мы вместе построили.

🤝 Мы были рады приветствовать 10 новых участников из первой группы по подготовке тренеров Erickson Coaching International на Кипре, укрепляя мост между образованием тренеров мирового уровня и нашим местным профессиональным сообществом.

✨ Одна из наших самых интересных этапов: мы подаем заявку на статус Charter Chapter — важный шаг в зрелости и признании ICF Кипра.

🧭 С июня новый Совет служит главе энергично, заботно и целеустремлено — спасибо за то, что вступили в лидерство и руководство.
