Особенно гордимся тем, что смогли сформировать сплочённую и эффективную команду профессиональных коучей, а также значительно повысить узнаваемость ICF на Кипре благодаря активному присутствию в соцсетях и участию в общественной жизни.

This time, we focused on long-term strategy and mastering client communication. We kicked off our Saturday sessions in the stunning Palace Downtown, then wrapped up the day with an incredible yacht cruise and party.

According to Ani, she used to be sceptical about working with mentors and consultants in business. But after years of reading my blog, she decided to try this business development tool

In seven months of working together, we created a development strategy and identified many obstacles, both internal and external, which were successfully overcome. The speed of change surprised both Ani and, frankly, me.

There are those who take a long time to get started. Ani is definitely not one of them! To open an operational practice in Moscow in a few months, with a physical office, staff, clients and projects — that is definitely cool. Bravo!

A lot of lawyers are having a tough time right now, especially those who worked at ILFs. Many put their hands down, thinking it’s not the time to launch their practice or not the time to grow. However, Ani’s experience proves that with the right strategy, you can grow even in a falling market.
