On December 19, we celebrated the graduation of the first cohort of The Art & Science of Coaching™ — the ICF-accredited coach training program by Erickson Coaching International in Cyprus.

18 participants — entrepreneurs, executives, and consultants — successfully completed a four-module program over four months. This marks the first International Coaching Federation–certified coach training program in the country. As promised, just before Christmas, the participants proudly received their Erickson Coaching Diplomas.

This program — spanning several hundred hours — is deep, highly structured, and complex to deliver. For our multicultural island, an additional challenge was running it bilingually (English and Russian) and in both offline and online formats.

We had an outstanding faculty team: Anna Lebedeva (MCC), Светлана Попова (MCC), Anastasiya Yuryeva (PCC), and myself (MCC), supported by eight experienced Erickson alumni assistants.

I am deeply grateful to everyone who contributed to launching this historic first cohort in Cyprus — our students, trainers, and assistants — and especially to Marilyn W. Atkinson and the entire Erickson HQ team, including Dena Setoode, Frances Litten, Richard Hyams, Louise Hendey, and many others.
