Прошлую неделю я провёл в Ереване и Дилижане, где провёл три тренинга по Стратегическому мышлению и управлению изменениями (change management).
По приглашению Matena International School of Leadership and Professional Development, я провёл летний буткемп для лидеров, поработал с руководством Министерства экономики и руководителями ACX International. Вместе мы:
✅ Изучали стратегические инструменты, которые помогают видеть более широкую картину в жизни и бизнесе;
✅ Обсуждали психологию изменений и причины, по которым проекты по управлению изменениями часто терпят неудачу;
✅ Рассматривали ключевые модели управления изменениями и роль коммуникации;
✅ Работали над ограничивающими убеждениями и формулированием ценностей.

Over the past two years, we’ve grown from a small group of 20 to a vibrant community of over 60 members. We’ve hosted dozens of events for both our members and the wider community, fostering connection, learning, and professional growth.

We’re especially proud to have built a dedicated and effective team of professional coaches and to have significantly increased our visibility in Cyprus through active engagement on social media and in public forums.

As we enter the next chapter, our goals are clear:

✅ Strengthen coaching community in Cyprus;
✅ Attract new members and partners for our initiatives;
✅ Educate and raise awareness about coaching;
✅ Fully live our mission — to lead positive change by setting a new standard for impactful, values-driven ICF coaching that transforms communities.

📆 On June 12th, we also held our Board elections. Meet the newly elected ICF Cyprus Chapter Board of Directors for 2025-2027:
It was such a joy to be surrounded by like-minded people — colleagues and fellow graduates of the same coaching school. We were immediately on the same wavelength, and it truly felt like the Erickson Cyprus family was coming to life!

We shared stories about where we graduated from, and many of our alumni were trained by the incredible Anna Lebedeva and Светлана Попова — who will both be teaching Levels 1 & 2 of the ICF-certified coach training program, The Art & Science of Coaching™, launching this September in Cyprus.

It’s inspiring to witness the Erickson community begin to grow in Cyprus. We’re just getting started!
У одной тёмной, неприветливой реки жил одинокий, грустный Ёж. Он был угрюм и нелюдим, жил, как затворник, совсем один в маленьком домике на краю деревни и ни с кем не общался. Все другие звери, жившие в деревне, считали его сварливым чудаком, и предпочитали с ним не связываться.
Например, если котята или щенки, играя с мячом, случайно перебрасывали его через забор к дому Ежа, то Ёж раздражался, начинал топать ногами и браниться и, прокалывая мяч своими иглами, перебрасывал детям обратно пустую оболочку. Поэтому жители деревни обходили его дом стороной.
Так продолжалось много лет, тропинка к дому Ежа заросла сорняками, забор покосился и покрылся мхом, а ворота заржавели. Про Ежа совсем забыли.
И никто даже не предполагал, что на самом деле Ёж был очень несчастен и одинок. Его родители бросили его, когда Ёж был ребёнком, и с тех пор он был один. В глубине души он мечтал о том, чтобы у него появились друзья и семья, но он не верил в то, что это возможно. Он не любил себя, стеснялся своих иголок, и считал, что в жизни ему очень не повезло. As I reflect on the year, I couldn’t help but share the results of working with Yury. We worked together for about half a year in 2024, and during this time, I not only learned all the theoretical tools for the proper development of a legal firm but also took many steps that led to the realization of my long-standing dream.

According to Ani, she used to be sceptical about working with mentors and consultants in business. But after years of reading my blog, she decided to try this business development tool

In seven months of working together, we created a development strategy and identified many obstacles, both internal and external, which were successfully overcome. The speed of change surprised both Ani and, frankly, me.

There are those who take a long time to get started. Ani is definitely not one of them! To open an operational practice in Moscow in a few months, with a physical office, staff, clients and projects — that is definitely cool. Bravo!

A lot of lawyers are having a tough time right now, especially those who worked at ILFs. Many put their hands down, thinking it’s not the time to launch their practice or not the time to grow. However, Ani’s experience proves that with the right strategy, you can grow even in a falling market.

In 2024 I also helped to create business strategies for companies in Spain, Cyprus and US. In addition to continuing to work with Ani, I have several other ongoing business development projects in 2025:
