This week, I participated in the Erickson Coaching International Global Business Partners meeting in Belgrade, Serbia. Over 30 partners from different countries gathered to discuss Erickson’s strategy.

Over the course of three days, we covered topics such as Erickson’s global mission and vision, transitioning to a teal organization, the impact of AI on coaching, the creation of new programs and courses, coaching platforms, and many more.

I met incredible people and feel truly inspired and excited. Marilyn W. Atkinson herself is such an inspiration! Her passion and dedication to coaching and developing people around the world for the past 40 years is remarkable and outstanding.
