Back in 2018, I completed Erickson Coaching International’s High Performance Team Coaching program.
⠀
Since then, I’ve worked with dozens of teams around the world — and one thing is clear:
Nothing is possible without teams.
And nothing is more difficult than building a strong one.
⠀
Today, this challenge is even greater:
— Teams are more stressed than ever.
— They work remotely across cultures and generations.
— Communication and empathy are shifting (especially with Gen Z).
— And AI is rapidly reshaping how we work — bringing both opportunity and uncertainty.
⠀
This is especially visible in Cyprus, with its fast-growing IT sector.
⠀
That’s why it was so important for me to bring this program to Cyprus as part of the Erickson’s curriculum.
⠀
And I’m truly grateful that Marilyn W. Atkinson personally delivered it in Limassol — travelling all the way from Vancouver to be with us.
⠀
60 participants.
4 intensive days.
People from across Europe, the Middle East, the USA, and Mexico.
⠀
A clear signal: the topic of teamwork has never been more relevant.
⠀
My deep gratitude to the Erickson HQ team in Canada and partners: Lawrence McGinnis, Dena Setoode, Frances Litten, Anastasiya Yuryeva, Anna Lebedeva — for making this happen.
⠀
To our brilliant facilitators and team assistants — Maria Margeta, Moëra Saule, Vitaliy Khudyakov, Stephanos Papadopoulos, Antigoni Mios, Irina Stoyanovskaya, Anna Filinskaya, Yulia Shestak, Vitaly Gordeev and others.
⠀
To Amathus Beach Hotel Limassol, Cyprus team. You are so professional!
⠀
To my wife Taia Zachek who assisted Marilyn with preparation to the ICF Leadership Summit and training in Cyprus.
⠀
And a very special thank you to Alexandra Lipchanskaya, our Erickson Coaching Cyprus Project Manager — who managed two major events simultaneously (ICF Summit + Team Coaching training) with excellence.
⠀
Proud. Grateful. Inspired!
