My nine-month journey has come to an end. I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve officially earned my ICF ACTC qualification — Advanced Certification in Team Coaching!

This is the highest team coaching credential awarded by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and I am honoured to join a global community of just 573 professional coaches who hold this prestigious certification.

To achieve the ACTC certification, I completed Erickson Coaching International’s rigorous High-Performance Team Coaching and Advanced Team Coaching programs, which included:

65 hours of training over nine months; 5 hours of team coaching supervision; Hundreds of hours of team coaching practice (both online and offline) over the last 8 years; Client recommendations; A challenging 3-hour ICF team coaching skills exam.⠀

What’s Next?

For the past 25 years, I’ve worked in and with teams at organizations like EY, DLA Piper, Deloitte, and Accenture — hiring, managing, training, consulting, mentoring, and coaching international, cross-cultural and multi-generational teams.

I’ll continue working with teams across industries and geographies — from large corporations to family businesses and startups.

As part of Erickson Coaching International, I also plan to bring the High-Performance Team Coaching course to Cyprus.
